Itinerary

Day 1: Brisbane – Norfolk Island
This morning you will meet your Tour Escort and fellow travellers at Brisbane International Airport for your flight to Norfolk Island. On arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative who will assist with luggage and coach transfer to your centrally located hotel. There will be plenty of time to relax and settle in. The afternoon is at leisure. You will meet in the hotel foyer and be transferred to Dino’s Restaurant for a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2: Norfolk Island
This morning,  enjoy breakfast before being picked up for a Half Day Island Orientation Tour. The afternoon is free for you to relax or take a leisurely walk.This evening, you will be treated to a night of food and singing with Matty Zarb (singer, songwriter & rascal pirate) and the crew at the Jolly Roger – Musical Tales of the Land & Sea.

Day 3: Norfolk Island
After breakfast this morning we are taken to Fletchers Mutiny Cyclorama, a continuous 360degree panoramic painting. Afterwards, we take a stroll through Queen Victoria’s Garden.Today lunch is included and will be at Hilli Restaurant. Early evening we will take a short stroll to Barney Duffy’s Restaurant for dinner before we taken out for the Wonderland by Night tour. Set in 10 acres of magical Norfolk pines & bushland lit up like an enchanted forest, hear Bounty mutineer descendent Archie, recite his poems followed by a light supper.

Day 4: Norfolk Island
This morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend the mornig however you choose. You may like to spend some time visiting the local shops or simply relax. You will be picked up shortly after midday and taken on a Convict Settlement Tour. This is an in depth tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. This evening, dinner will be at the Bowling Club Bistro. After, witness the Sound and Light Show. Sit back in the comfort of the bus, whilst Norfolk Island’s convict era is brought to life.

Day 5: Norfolk Island
An early start to today sees you taking a leisurely Breakfast Bushwalk through the National Park. At the end of the walk, meet on the clifftop for a delicious breakfast barbeque.
Returning to the hotel, the mid-morning and lunchtime is at leisure. Early afternoon you are picked up for a tour of the Xtian Brothers Cheese Company, a boutique dairy & cheese producer started by island brother Glen & John Christian. You will have time to relax and freshen up before being taken on a Progressive Dinner to Island Homes.

Day 6: Norfolk Island
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be collected for an Island Adventures 4WD Tour that will take you “off the beaten track” to explore some of Norfolk’s valleys, ridges, coastlines and private properties. Lunch and the afternoon is at leisure. Late afternoon, you will be transferred to Puppy’s Point for this evenings Island Fish Fry. Enjoy the stunning scenery and feast of Island dishes, along with local entertainment and the sunset. This evening, you'll attend the Mutiny on the Bounty Show. The descendants of the mutineers bring to life the famed story in a 1 ½ hour show in an outdoor amphitheatre on Norfolk’s western coastline.

Day 7: Norfolk Island
This morning after breakfast, you will be taken on an exclusive guided tour to the home of world renowned author, the late Colleen McCullough, who made Norfolk Island her home in 1979 and stayed until her passing in 2015 with her husband Ric Robinson. Lunch today is at leisure, after which you will take the Hilli Goat Tour – The Norfolk Whey, where you'll learn about the milking and cheese making process of the farm, meet the cheeky goats and top it off with a glass of wine. As this evening is your last night on Norfolk Island, it’s only fitting that you have a Night as Convict Dinner. Tonight is sure to be a fun time as you dress* like a convict and join in with the Commandant for an evening of gaiety, feasting, singing & dancing.

Day 8: Norfolk Island – Brisbane
After a leisurely breakfast, the morning is at leisure for any last minute shopping or to just simply relax. You are transferred to the Norfolk Island airport to check in for your return flight to Brisbane.
